the location was quite convenient! i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided many options i appreciated! the water pressure in the shower was also fantastic though the temperature was a little tricky to adjust

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the beds were comfy. the bathroom had a good size. i enjoyed the breakfast options. the location is close to the city centre, with multiple transport options.
the sink was quite small, making it a little uncomfortable to wash my face.

The room was quite small. i also noticed a persistent odor from the drains. it wasn't a strong smell, but it was noticeable and a bit unpleasant. there was no bedside table on one side of the bed. This made it really inconvenient to charge my phone or keep a glass of water nearby. I found that frustrating.

the staff proved genuinely helpful. my room included tea, coffee, and shortbread, a lovely touch i certainly appreciated. the shower pressure was excellent, a detail that definitely enhanced my mornings.
the window did not fully close. it allowed drafts and some street noise, slightly impacting my sleep.

The breakfast selection was great!!! i loved the variety of pastries and the cooked breakfast options. i especially enjoyed the porridge. It was lovely. the staff were also super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I appreciated their assistance.
My room felt a bit small for the price i paid. looking at the photos again, i see it was advertised as a small room, but it was still a bit cramped for two adults. there was also some noise at the back of the accommodation. It sounded like trucks loading up at night.
